Effective January 12, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our courses or using the FuturaBloom Vision platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to access FuturaBloom Vision services. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will comply with all applicable laws.
2. Accounts and Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your account dashboard.
4. Course Access and Intellectual Property
Upon payment you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased course materials. All content remains the property of FuturaBloom Vision or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases if you have not completed more than 20% of the course. To request a refund, contact [email protected]. After the refund window, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform and courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FuturaBloom Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
